Blog Readers in Russia!

It was exciting to get an email from Todd and Kristy in St. Petersburg, Russia saying they had read my blog this morning!  The weather there is much like here - minus 5 with a 20% chance of snow.

Zdrastvuite (Hello)  Everyone!      Just a quick note. we are doing great in St.Petersburg. We have a had good weather to do sightseeing and we have done lots of walking. A beautiful city. We are jumping on the boat back to Helsinki in a few hours. We will update more from there. Snow and lots covered the city. WE enjoyed the Christmas markets and the treats there. We were safe from falling deadly icicles.   Mom... I read your update on the blog.    Love Todd and Kristy They flew to Helsinki, Finland on Monday morning and took the overnight ferry to St. Petersburg that evening.  Tuesday night was spent at a hotel and they will take the overnight ferry back to Finland this evening.  They will spend three days in Helsinki and fly back to Kristiansund on Sunday.  I'm looking forward to seeing pictures! Tomorrow is Laurel's birthday so look for a birthday blog on Thursday.
