Two more sleeps!

Just came home from quilting and our Faith Circle Bible study. Now it seems real that we are leaving on our trip tomorrow and I am excited! Lilah had made a special card on her computer, even had a picture and map of Norway on it! The quilters had signed it "Wishing you God's blessings as you travel." We are thankful for caring friends who will have us in their thoughts and prayers as we travel.

We had a fun day in Weyburn on Saturday. It was great to watch Dawson's team play Carter's team as we could cheer no matter which team scored. Dawson's team won that game and went on to win a bronze medal on Sunday. Carter's team won their game on Sunday and he scored one of the goals! All the players got T shirts with "Hockey Hero" on them. The seven cousins had a fun time in the hotel hot tub after the last hockey game on Saturday night. Grandma and Grandpa missed out as we headed home before dark.

I will miss our annual Ladies Night Out at Trinity on April 9. Lilah has written a special skit and I'm glad it will be videoed. I boxed up 35 china cups for use that night. Those special cups don't get used much any more so I'm glad they will have coffee in them once again, as they did in the days of "Ladies Aid".

Well, I better get at those last minute jobs as I am running out of time! We have a few stops to make in Weyburn on our way to Milestone tomorrow. Eric's hockey windup is on at 4:30 so we plan to watch them play against their moms. Should be fun!
