Several special needs people took part in the service this morning. A group played instruments and two young women sang solos. There was communion and the closing hymn was familiar to us "Thine is the Glory". A trumpeter played during some of the hymns and during the postlude, something we don't hear in Trinity Torquay! We were invited to stay for hotdogs (pulsa) and coffee after the service so we did that and enjoyed the fellowship.
Last night we had our second "movie night". We watched most of "Julie and Julia" that Todd rented. We were all getting tired so will finish it today and then watch "My Sister's Keeper". We may need a box of Kleenex ready to watch that one!
Signing off on this perfect first day of spring!
I'll travel to Norway through your blog. I could use a trip right about now.
