It was hard to limit the pictures to ten! I am going to add one more, not of Lindsay but of my own tenth birthday. We spent that winter in town and I celebrated my birthday at Grandma and Grandpa Erickson's. Here's a picture of the family gathered for a picture on the steps of their house. I don't remember anything about presents but I remember that we had a turkey dinner! Now all those "kids"in the front are getting old age pension.
I am planning to head to Lampman this afternoon to help Lindsay celebrate her tenth birthday. She will be missing her Grandma Weezy who lived just two blocks away and was there for every birthday and special event. Carter has a hockey game in Arcola so that's where we'll be heading after supper. Have a very Happy Birthday, Lindsay. Lots of love from Grandma Johnson xxxooo

Fun to see the pictures!! I remember my 10th birthday. You sent me a box containing 10 wrapped gifts, probably the most I had ever gotten. You also old me you were twice as old as I was and that would never happen again!! Great memories of my wonderful sister!!
