This picture was taken on the girls birthday on Thursday and I am adding it to my blog on Friday so it's as up to date as can be. Glad you had a good day Elisa and Erika. Now back to yesterday's blog below.
Today Erika and Elisa, our great nieces, are five years old. I decided to do a blog when there are birthdays in the family so this is the first one for extended family members. I have the birthdays and anniversaries in my "Days to Remember" book so must keep it handy and not miss anyone once I've started.
Elisa arrived at 4:53 am weighing 6 lb. 12 oz. Erika followed at 5:23 am with a weight of 6 lb.13 1/2 ounces. We visited Joan and Morris just a week before the twins arrived and Joan was very ready to have birth day arrive with over 13 1/2 pounds of babies to carry! Here they are at two weeks old.

They joined big brothers Hans and Bjorn who are with them on the next picture on their first birthday.
Here they are with their Easter bonnets, so cute!
This next picture is one of my favorites! I'm so glad you grabbed the camera before you grabbed the girls off the table Joan! (I think I would have done the opposite and missed a great picture!)

I borrowed these last two pictures from Facebook and somehow they ended up very small. These are the latest pictures of the girls, off to meet the bus to Kindergarten and busy practising on their violin and cello. Have a great day, girls! Wish we were closer so we could have some birthday cake with you.
